Michael Pircer - President

Mike has more than 20 years manufacturing and engineering experience most recently focused on Plant Start Ups, Operational Turn-Around and Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Techniques. His background is balanced by 11 years working in Product Engineering and Program Management for large and mid-sized Tier 1 automotive suppliers.

Mike is a graduate of Walsh College with a Master of Science Degree in Management and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University. Mike was trained in Lean techniques through the TRW Lean Manufacturing System and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Sensei from Villanova University.
