By providing plant management services, MAP Business Solutions was responsible for the new plant startup between two Tier 1 automotive suppliers. Through the implementation of Lean techniques and Continuous Improvement system, inventory was reduced from (60) days to (5) days within (9) months of launch. Operating costs were kept consistently 10% - 20% below budget. Team obtained on-time customer executive approval of “Deep Dive” Launch Readiness Program.
