Value Stream Mapping and Analysis
                 
Implementing Lean techniques in a haphazard, unfocused way is a recipe for disaster. Some organizations apply Lean techniques that are not linked to the company’s goals and objectives and thus fail at becoming a Lean Enterprise. A Value Stream Map (VSM) looks at the “whole” of an organization’s product or service.
